What AI does
- It sorts incoming messages and requests.
- It summarises a conversation, a document or a meeting.
- It drafts a reply or a follow-up.
- It files information in the right place in your tools.
Handing part of your work to artificial intelligence raises real questions. Here, simply, is how we use it and what happens to your information.
If you want a simple reply to go out on its own (an acknowledgement of receipt, for example), you decide, case by case, and you can change your mind at any time.
AI only receives what it needs for its task. Passwords, bank details and health data have no place in a draft, and we never hand them to it.
Our AI accounts are set so that our exchanges are not used to train the models. For your own tools, we check this setting with you during set-up.
The list of services that process your data, and what each one does, is published in our privacy policy (in French). Nothing is sold, rented or passed on.
Each of our tools has a unique password and two-factor authentication. The site is served over HTTPS only.
With every project, we give you a one-page sheet that states, for your automations, which tools are used, which information goes through AI, what it does, who approves and how to stop everything. It also helps you keep your own GDPR records.
Tools are opened on accounts in your name. If you stop working with us, everything keeps running.
Every automation can be paused in one click, and we show you how on delivery.
You can remove our access at any time, and we remove it ourselves at the end of a project if you wish.
Since 2 August 2026, the European AI Act requires telling people when they are talking to an AI. We take this into account in every tool we build for you.
The AI services we use process your request only for the time needed to answer, and our accounts are set so that our exchanges are not used to train the models. Your information is therefore not reused to answer other people.
It can make mistakes, like anyone preparing a draft. That is why nothing goes out without a human review, and why sensitive requests are always flagged to you rather than handled on their own.
In the tools you already use or that we open in your name. Some providers may process data outside the European Union; these transfers are governed by safeguards, as explained in our privacy policy (in French).
Yes. You choose what goes through AI and what stays fully manual. We can also build an automation with no AI at all.
Write to us at contact (at) emovie.fr or let's talk about it during the discovery call. We will answer simply, and we will also tell you what we do not know.
The 15-minute discovery call is free and with no commitment. Ask us anything.
